Nuova sider dispone da Novembre 2016 della nuova macchina laser fibra di LVD 6000 Watt, piano di taglio 6 metri, taglio fino spessore 28mm., massima automazione.

To improve service quality , New Sider has invested in a new LVD BENDING COMPANY SA – TYPE : PPEB – 8 400/4080 EQUIPPED LASER SAFE . The last and most common method of folding is said with ” Easy Form Laser © ” . This method is also said to fold CONTROLLED and is based on the concept of the fold in the air yet return excellent results thanks to the principle that measures the angle of fold up to the value sought . With this technology and our expertise we are able to meet the most demanding requirements of both the Italian market and the foreign market .

New Sider has obtained the UNI EN 1090-2 required to operate in the building in compliance with the latest legal reforms .

La Nuova Sider ha ottenuto la certificazione UNI EN 1090-2 necessaria per operare nel campo dell’edilizia in osservanza alla ultime disposizioni di legge (EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011).

Per migliorare la qualità del servizio, Nuova Sider ha investito in una nuova PIEGATRICE LVD COMPANY SA – TIPO: PPEB-8 400/4080 EQUIPAGGIATA DI LASER SAFE. L’ultimo e più comune metodo di piegatura è detto con “Easy Form Laser ©“. Questo metodo è anche detto di piega CONTROLLATA ed è basato sul concetto della piega in aria restituendo però risultati ottimi grazie al principio per cui misura l’angolo di piega fino al raggiungimento del valore ricercato. Con questa tecnologia e la la nostra professionalità siamo in grado di far fronte  alle richieste più esigenti sia del mercato Italiano che del mercato estero.
